Return, Refund and Cancellation

Please note that since our products are handwoven/handmade, we mostly have one of each kind at a time. Also, as the fabrics are delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations, returns or exchanges only in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations:

  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. We will refund you the money after deducting transaction and service charges. The process may take 8-10 working days.
  3. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

Returns:

Please note that all our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons resulting in each product being slightly different from the other.Imperfections are beauty of hand made products. Please understandthat any irregular weave or print or a stitch or imperfections in paintings are not treated as manufacturing defect. Handloom and hand crafted products are not uniform. However, we provide returns subject to following conditions:

  1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of damaged product or dispatch of incorrect item.
  2. Apparel/ garments and fabrics cannot be returned. There are color variations because of photography, if you are very particular, please ask us for photo or video. There will be no return/exchange on the basis ofcolor variations.
  3. Dupatta length is usually mentioned in the discreption of each dupatta. However, the length may vary due to tassels in some cases. If you are very particular about length, please feel free to check with us before buying. We wont be able to process exchange/return on the basis of length variation.
  4. Your return request should be sent within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
  5. In case you received a damaged product, you need to email us photo of damaged product on [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
  6. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved you will receive a credit amount equivalent to amount of your order. We aim to process the same in 8-10 working days.
  1. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  2. In the case of COD, no return accepted.
  3. If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised notto accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at [email protected]

We recommend:

 

  1. Dry cleaning of products only
  2. Avoid direct sun light
  3. Use warm iron
  4. Do not use hot iron
  5. Change fold of the fabric periodically
  6. Do not store in plastic bags

 

Imperfections and variations in the product cannot be termed as defects, as these are intrinsic to the handmade process.
